According to Article 19, Paragraph 3 of Balıkesir University’s Education, Teaching, and Examination Regulations:
Students who have met attendance and practical requirements for all courses except internship but have received an “FF” grade in only one course, or students who have passed all courses but whose cumulative GPA (CGPA) is below 2.00, are granted the right to take a single course exam, provided that their CGPA can reach at least 2.00 as a result of the grade obtained in this exam.
To be successful in the single course exam, students must receive at least a “DD” letter grade. Midterm grades are not considered in determining this letter grade.
Single Course Exam Date: September 17, 2025
(The exam will be held in person, at the times and in the classrooms announced on the departments’ web pages.)
Single Course Exam Application Date: September 15, 2025
(Applications submitted after this date will not be accepted.)
Application Method:
Applications must be submitted through the Student Information System (OBS), under the “Application Procedures → Single Course Exam Application” module.
Students who are unable to apply via OBS or experience issues during the application process must fill out and sign the Single Course Exam Application Form and send it by email to bubyo@balikesir.edu.tr.
